Arrival / Departure: Manali / Manali
Upper valleys of the Kullu region are home to the mighty Deo Tibba Peak, a formidable mountain visible from many parts of Himachal Pradesh. The Deo Tibba Base Camp experience takes you through serene valleys above Jagatsukh, offering spectacular views of the Kullu Valley.
As the route ascends, it opens up panoramic views of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges towering above the Beas River Valley. This base camp is also used by mountaineers preparing for climbs of Deo Tibba, Inderasan, and Jagatsukh peaks, making it an important high-altitude camping region.
The route further bifurcates towards Goru Pass, a difficult route leading to Malana village, though this trail is rarely used. The Deo Tibba Base Camp experience also includes a visit to a small alpine lake known as Chhota Chandertal.
